Mr. Zarko Taric, attended the occasion of hosting His Excellency, the State President, Dr Jacob Zuma

Mr. Zarko Taric, was invited by His Majesty, King Zwelonke Sigcawu of AmaXhosa as as the guest on the occasion of hosting His Excellency, the State President, Dr Jacob Zuma on the 11th December 2012 at Nqadu Royal Palace in Willowvale, Eastern Cape.

His Majesty bestowed the State President with the highest accolade of the Xhosa Kingdom for his role in the liberation struggle as well as the development agenda in the new dispensation. The royal order conferred to the President is known as the King Hintsa Bravery Award, named after the legendary warrior King of AmaXhosa who was brutally killed by the colonialists during the 6th Frontier War in 1835.

HE President Zuma and Mr. Taric

During this event, Mr Taric had a meeting with His Excellency, the State President, Dr Jacob Zuma, where they discussed Minatar activities in 2013. Mr Taric also had a conversation with His Majesty, King Zwelonke Sigcawu of AmaXhosa and also with the Premier of KwaZulu Natal province, Dr. Zweli Lawrence Mkhize-om.
